Artisan
is a clothing collection exploring the relationship between craft, labor, and contemporary utility. Composed of four men’s workwear-inspired sets, the project employs a restrained, nearly monochromatic palette to foreground material, structure, and use.
Subtle interventions – such as hand-dyed macramé, computer-controlled embroidery, and layered fabrics – introduce texture and trace the presence of the maker. Developed entirely by the designer using locally sourced deadstock materials, the collection rejects mass production in favor of made-to-measure garments, positioning care, responsibility, and slowness as core design values.
